Growing the Sauv Blanc is better off close to massive bodies of water. It is also best drunk with sushi and other low fat fish. It also matches well with cheeses, vegetable appetizers, and garden salads. Cold soups, bread, and light pasta are also fairly complimented by this kind of wine.
